CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
You may cancel hiring Divorcioxpress for any reason within 24 hours.
If you cancel hiring us within 24 hours, Divorcioxpress must promptly refund any fees which you have paid us. The only fees that Divorcioxpress may keep are fees for services which Divorcioxpress has actually, necessarily and reasonably performed on your behalf during the 24-hour period. A charge will apply if cancellation is made after the 24-hour period, and the paid fees will be provided to you as store credit that can be applied towards future and/or other services.
To cancel the process, send a written notice stating that you are canceling. Mail the notice by first-class mail with the correct postage, and send it to Divorcioxpress 12201 Hadley St Whittier CA 90601. Cancellation takes effect on the date of the postmark on the notice. You can also cancel this contract by delivering a written notice of cancellation to this office address within 24- hour period. After the 24-hour period has elapsed, all cancellation requests must be made in person by completing Divorcioxpress cancellation form available at the office.
